We hail from Pennsylvania and Connecticut and understand the value of hard work and doing the right thing by people. We believe integrity is the cornerstone of success and we are here to offer our experience and expertise to the community.
We are seasoned professionals with an in-depth understanding of South Florida's dynamic commercial property market.
We moved our family here as we believe Ave Maria is an extraordinary place and will be for years to come. We were attracted to Ave Maria due to its safe neighborhoods and small town feel of which we both grew up in as I'm sure many of you have.
We enjoy a myriad of interests, from owning harness racehorses to ski trips out west to relaxing poolside with good friends and family.
We hold special soft spots for animals in need of rescue and work with such organizations as the Standardbred Retirement Fund and Pilots for Paws.
When we aren't busy, we enjoy all Ave Maria has to offer with our dogs Champ, Phoebe and Mia our four-legged kids.

Gary, a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of experience, co-founded AMPMC and is the driving force behind the company's growth strategies. His impressive track record includes managing over $6 billion in real estate assets and overseeing diverse projects spanning mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and critical-use facilities. Before AMPMC, Gary held key positions at renowned firms, including Madison Marquette, JJ Gumberg Co., Easton & Associates Management Comnpany as well as Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
As a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Gary actively contributes to the industry. He has served on boards like the Global Business Council and Government Affairs Committees for various real estate trade organizations including the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors as well as other esteemed organizations.
Now, let's talk about Michele. She co-founded AMPMC alongside Gary, bringing over 20 years of experience to her role. Michele leads the residential sales and commercial leasing division, showcasing her expertise in luxury residential sales.
Michele is also known as "The Queen of Real Estate Radio" for her groundbreaking Spanish-language show, "Real Estate LIVE! with Michele "The Queen of Real Estate Radio". Broadcasting on WWFL/LaMejor, Michele's show reached audiences across 9 Latin American countries and 40 major markets, captivating over 50 million listeners. Her ability to connect with a diverse audience made her an influential figure in the industry.
Beyond radio success, Michele's career includes roles at renowned companies like Avison Young and Madison Marquette Retail Services where she was the leading national specialty leasing agent for four consecutive years.
She holds a BS in Marketing and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida.
